Exceptions and changes for reservations in our house

• § 3 Conclusion of Contract, Advance Payment
  We reserve the right to check the guest’s credit card and to reserve the fee for one night.
• § 4 (5) Start and End of the Accommodation
  The rented rooms are to be vacated by the guest by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• § 5 Withdrawal from the Accommodation Contract
  Cancellations till four days before arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations between three days and one day before arrival we charge the fee for one night.

For cancellations on the day of arrival or “no show“, we charge 100% of the fee.
